I was finally ready to look for a home and thought it would be great to contact Trish Hall, since I knew her son. Trish made the process of buying a house so simple and easy to understand since I had no idea on where to begin besides just looking on her website. After contacting Trish she always had my interests in mind and any house that she may have known was going to come on the market or if there was already a house on the market, she would always shoot me an email or text right away. She didn’t want me to lose out on a great opportunity if she thought it was a good house. She never urged myself to look at a house that wasn’t going to fit my budget; she always took inconsideration my needs and wants for the house, as well as, my budget. There were a couple of houses I looked at and she told me straight up all pros and cons of the house and I felt that she was treating myself as if she would want someone to treat her if she was looking for a house to buy. Luckily, Trish emailed me right away when a house came on the market even though I was a few days away from closing on another home. I can’t thank her enough for that email because that house was the one I ended up taking over the house I was possibly going to close on. It couldn’t have been better timing because this house had much more to give and I felt like it was a better choice for myself.
